Join Us for an Afternoon of Gift Making

Get an early start on your holiday gifting by creating fi ve beautiful, unique projects perfect for giving to loved ones (or treating yourself!)

Bring a family member or friend and share time creating, or come by yourself and make some new friends! No experience is necessary.

Salt Valley Arts / Saline Community Education artists will share one of their special projects at each of five stations:

Join us at Salt Valley Arts for our Grand Opening Extravaganza. Meet the instructors and artists that make up this fabulous group of creative individuals. There will be art, refreshments, and lot's of merriment for all .

  • Observe SVA classes first-hand; print-making, glass-fusing, Zentangle® and more!

  • Experience hands-on art making

  • Watch our community service mitten makers at work

  • Take in our exciting art exhibit featuring the work of Salt Valley and Cake Eater artists

  • Enjoy tasty food and drink while you make new friends and catch up with old ones!

SVA Call for Holiday Sale Artists

First Annual Arti Gras

Join us at Salt Valley Arts for our First Annual Arti Gras Celebration. We're hoping this is the first of many.  There
will be art, refreshments, and lot's of merriment .
Everyone is welcome.

 Spend an exciting evening with Salt Valley Arts:

  • Join us for the grand unveiling of our community art project, Sum of the Parts

  • Take in a fabulous exhibit of artwork by participating artists, and by the talented students of Salt Valley Arts Instructor, Keith McGuire

  • Partake in all of the fun, revelry, and light refreshments!

Sum of the Parts will feature the work of 36 artists. Each artist was assigned a randomly selected 4×6-inch section of a well-known work of art, and a 9×12-inch panel on which to recreate their assigned section using their individual creative style and own choice of media. The work of art will remain a mystery to the participating artists, and all attendees, until the moment of unveiling. Don't miss it!
